How do I refresh member open and click rates?

Member open and click rates are found on the audience member list and member components on contacts or leads. When a member engages with an email, the email activity will be immediately available in our activity components or locally stored Email Activity records (if enabled). However, aggregate stats like open and click rates are not immediately updated by Mailchimp, so there can be a delay until they display in Salesforce.

The Solution

If you need to update the rates sooner, you can refresh the member component on a specific contact or use the Full Refresh on an audience member list. If those aggregate stats have been updated in Mailchimp, we will update the Salesforce components.
