What happens to the old app?
At some point the application will disappear. But while you try our product you can leave it in place. Although we recommend uninstalling it as soon as you can.
Do you offer a free trial of your product?
You can install a free 14-day trial in production that includes all of the paid features. Trials can also be installed in a sandbox, where they don't expire.
What if I need onboarding help?
The migration process as you can see above is easy. But if you don't have the time or need a little help, we have a partner who can onboard you for a fee. Simply contact us for more details.
How does purchasing work?
Purchasing is handled in-app. All prices are in US Dollars. Every month your subscription will auto-renew. Please use the calculator below to calcuate your discounted price.
Is support included?
Product support is provided by our in house based team via email. We also have a chatbot built directly inside of the product.
