In this article we will cover how to purchase, and the different options to manage billing. We also cover our discounts for non profits and how you will receive invoice receipts. Finally we will cover how to assign and unassign seats/licenses for your Salesforce users.
Purchasing
Purchasing is very straightforward and completed in app via our billing screen. Simply click the dropdown button on the top right of the icon bar. For more information on pricing click here. Below is an interactive guide showing the steps.
Billing Portal
To make changes to billing or see your billing history you can access the billing portal via our billing screen. Similar to the guide above navigate to the account details screen in app via the toolbar dropdown and then click on the billing portal button.
Non profit Discounts
We are a small company and margins are very tight. Platform and processing fees are very high so the amount we receive is substantially less than the published prices. What we do receive goes back into our business to actively support and develop our products.
But to help we can provide a 10% discount to an organisation with non-profit status. To get this discount, you will first need to sign up and purchase our product. This will create a license and subscription in Salesforce. Then contact us with proof of your non-profit status and we can apply a discount against your subscription which will be used on all future invoices.

Receipts / Invoices
You will receive a receipt every month by email. This receipt not only details your subscription but also offers convenient options for managing you subscription. You also have the ability to directly download both the invoice and the receipt in PDF format for your records.
Seats
Essentially a seat is a license or access to see and use our product in Salesforce. When you first install Dropbox for Salesforce you will start with 5 seats. The first seat will be automatically allocated to the person that installed our product. Should you wish to assign or remove a seat you can do so via our billing screen in app. You can also additional purchase additional seats from the same screen.
