How do I rename a linked Dropbox folder from Salesforce?

You can rename the Dropbox folder linked to a Salesforce record directly from the Dropbox component on the record page.

Open the record, click the action menu in the Dropbox component, and choose Rename Folder. A pop-up will show the current folder name and suggest a new name based on the Salesforce record name.

If the suggested name is available, click Rename and the linked Dropbox folder will be updated. If a folder with that name already exists, you will see a suggested alternative such as Record Name (2). You can accept that suggestion or type a different name.

This feature helps you keep Dropbox folders easy to recognize without needing to leave Salesforce.
