Why does the Campaign Monitor App not appear?

There are several reasons the Campaign Monitor app may not appear please check the following:

1.  You have one of our permission sets - https://www.beaufort12.com/campaignmonitor/support/permissions

2.  In Salesforce Setup under User Interface > App Menu the Campaign Monitor Lightning App is visible - https://b12.d.pr/i/5Fir9w

3.  In Salesforce Setup under our App Manager your profile has been assigned - https://b12.d.pr/i/5Fir9w

4. The license has expired if so please let us know.
