Why can't I map a field?

There are a few reasons why a field cannot be mapped.

• The field is already mapped.
• The data type of the field in Campaign Monitor is incompatible with its Salesforce counterpart.
• If you already have mapped fields you might of hit a Campaign Monitor limit (currently 50 fields per subscriber list).
