How should I test?

We offer free trials in production and sandboxes to allow you to test our product or specific customisations in your org. Please take advantage of these to ensure our features meet your needs. If our support guides or FAQs don't answer your questions, we are available via our support form.

Salesforce recommends you use a sandbox to test any new feature, and we agree. When working with a Salesforce sandbox, it’s crucial to handle your data with extra caution. We strongly advise against connecting your actual Mailchimp account unless your testing requires live data. Even in such cases, proceed with caution.

Instead, we recommend signing up for a free Mailchimp account for testing purposes: Sign up for Mailchimp.

If you must test with your actual Mailchimp account, please note that upon installing our product and connecting for the first time, we will copy your Mailchimp data into Salesforce. This data will be stored in our custom objects.
