How can I provide view access?

Our limited permission set can be assigned to a user, giving them very limited access to the product. The user will be able to see our components but cannot make changes.  They will also have limited access to the audience tab.  Optionally, a Salesforce Administrator can share our Mailchimp for Salesforce reporting folder.
