Do you support Mailchimp Events
Yes. Mailchimp events are activities that a contact engages in outside your emails that you want to track or monitor, and there are two ways to use them with our integration:
1. Send events from Salesforce:
Our Send Mailchimp Event invocable action lets you post an event to a Mailchimp audience member directly from a Salesforce Flow, for example when a record is created or updated. Events can be used to trigger Customer Journeys, build segments, and personalise email content.
2. Send events from other apps:
You can also use Mailchimp's own Events endpoint to transfer contact activity from another application into Mailchimp.
Either way, event activity will also be shown in our Mailchimp Salesforce component as shown here.
