Granting access
Sometimes we might ask for "Grant Login Access" so we can provide more assistance. Please do not send passwords or API keys to us (or anyone else!)
- Click One of the buttons below, depending on which Salesforce user interface you are using.
- Grant Beaufort 12 Ltd one weeks access.
- Please email to let us know access has been granted.
Grant login access can only be provided by:
1. Salesforce System Administrators
2. Where Login Access Policies does not have "Available to Administrators Only" selected.
3. The user profile has Manage Package Licenses enabled.
