Notify users of maintenance messages

Hi there,

We have a problem where 3 x API imports are successfully completing, but the number of subscribers on each list in Campaign Monitor is 0.
It should be around 180,000.

Screenshot below.

API list names are:
- SL-0308<https://mslsso.my.salesforce.com/a710K00000tusgz> 1. . Acquisition_Master List (Community)
- SL-0294<https://mslsso.my.salesforce.com/a710K00000tusfr> 1. Acquisition_Master List (Gong)
- SL-0228<https://mslsso.my.salesforce.com/a710K00000btLAq> 1. Acquisition_Master List (WRR)

We recently changed the imports to replace to ensure opt outs at a Salesforce level are coming through to each Campaign Monitor client.

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Validate matching rules

So everything seems to be working for the most part; however, the sync is generating multiple contacts with the same name and e-mail though I've got the setting set to run off of our Contact Match rule which should preclude that. Can someone help me figure out what the issue is?

I wish there was a page that listed the times of all the carious syncs in
Campaign Monitor, and any success/failure message. It would take the doubt
out of Field Mapping retrospective syncs etc (e.g. has it completed yet?).

Would fit handily under the "Administrator" window too. Perhaps call it
"logs" or something?

Prevent multiple upgrades occurring at the same time for the same package

If multiple packages are release for the same package within the same week, then we can end up with multiple packages attempting to upgrade orgs on the same date - where as we only want the most recent package developed that week to be updated.

Our Audience database is not syncing correctly with all our subaccounts. For example, we have an alumni segment for all contacts that are an alumnus of the fraternity, and those email addresses are not correctly in sync with the information in Salesforce. Additionally, not all subaccounts are in sync with one another.
 
Each have the same conditions but do not have the sale number of contacts, and some emails are out-of-date.
 
Using Texas State’s chapter as an example, all Segments are set up to look for “Chapter of Initiation” to be “Texas State University” and for “Member Status” to be “Alumni” or “Alumnus” and are set as so in Salesforce. Below is a breakdown of what the raw numbers look like currently.
 
In Salesforce:
Texas State Alumni – 157 Contacts
 
In Emma:
Beta Upsilon Chi (Main Subaccount)
Texas State Alumni Segments – 101 Contacts
Beta Upsilon Chi – Texas State
Alumni Segment – 127 Contacts

There is an option to delete all members from a group and then we could just re-add them via the import wizard. Rather than removing the member from all other groups. Something to chat about.

Better Error Reporting when creating Contacts or Leads

If mappings are configured to create Leads or Contacts, we now report any errors in the Maintenance logs. E.g. if a mapped field like Country does not exist in Salesforce.

Order maintenance messages by date to make it easier to view recent log entries.

Eventbrite Questions & Answers

Eventbrite Questions and Answers have received a major update. It is not possible to:

1. Create Questions

2. Clone Questions from another Event

3. Map Answers to Contacts or Leads

Additional field support

We have now added the following fields to the Eventbrite Order object so they can be mapped into the Opportunities.

  • Event Start
  • Event End
  • Event Name

Net Sales and Tickets sold.

To aid reporting in Salesforce we have added net sales and tickets sold fields to our event object. This will allow you to create reports and dashboards.

Support for online event links

If the event is online, a button will now display on the event details page that navigates directly to the Online home page for that event within Eventbrite. The page shows any links, zoom calls, youtube videos etc associate with the event.

We have added new fields to capture the organiser of event in Salesforce

Add net sales and tickets sold to Event Detail

Add net sales and tickets sold on the Eventbrite event objects so they can be queried directly in Salesforce.

Allow the Eventbrite event Id to be copied

Allow the Eventbrite event Id to be copied by clicking the event name. After clicking the name, a confirmation notification will appear and the Eventbrite event id will be copied to the clipboard.

Link from Attendee and Order to Salesforce detail

We currently link from the Attendee to a Lead or Contact from the Orders/Attendees page, however, this new link goes directly from an Attendee to Eventbrite detail stored within Salesforce - this avoids and extra step via the Lead or Contact and also allows you to see these details without a Lead or Contact being added.

Auto Upgrade Pilot

See if it’s possible to self upgrade a managed package. I.e. a user could upgrade a managed (but not security reviewed) package from within Salesforce).

Validation for individual email addresses

The validation button will run a complete import from Campaign Monitor to Salesforce, it will return:

  1. Success - i.e. no validation errors when importing the subscriber from Campaign Monitor
  2. Campaign Monitor failure - this is a failure message returned form Campaign Monitor.
  3. Salesforce failure - a generic Salesforce error, like required field not populated.
