It is rare but in certain cases data between can get out of sync, usually as a result of a conflict. If this should happen we recommend running a full sync. This process begins by removing your Campaign Monitor data from Salesforce. Your data is safe in Campaign Monitor and this only affects our custom objects, it does not impact your standard objects i.e. Contacts or Leads.
Performing a full sync
1. Go to the General Settings Tab
2. On the top right there is button called Sync Now next to this there is a dropdown arrow click this and then choose the option Full Campaign Monitor Sync.
Once started your data will be re-aligned to Salesforce, it can take sometime to complete so feel free to navigate away from the page.
